Your WaterJet Cutting Source"
"Over 20 Years Of Machining Experience"
A "waterjet" cutting system utilizes a narrow stream of water and garnet under extremely high pressure to "erode" a precise and narrow path through material to be cut. A cutting table located over a capture / recycling tank hold the workpiece in place while a cutting nozzle directs the stream which impacts material at speeds faster than the speed of sound.
Waterjets cut with erosion, rather than shearing or heat, so they produce exceptional edge quality with-out including heat-affected zones or mechanical stresses. Raw materials maintain structural integrity, and deburring and other secondary finishing that are usually not required
